To be Still and Know

This past year, we filled the WellWork Well with nourishing ingredients and meaningful creative projects.

At this turning of cycles and seasons, moving from the year of the Snake toward the Horse, I find myself looking back. I trace the path and the moments that shaped how I arrived here.

One way I understand my own mind and heart is through curiosity. I like to track back to origins. I return to beginnings, to the first spark of a project or a body of work.

Recently, during the week of American Thanksgiving, I was on a camping trip with Zuzu and Colin in Utah.

We walked through red rock deserts, surrounded by the quiet wisdom of canyons, ancient trees, and vast formations. Camped under the enormous clear sky: so close to the stars and other galaxies!

In a moment of distraction on my phone, we had to stop suddenly and I fell flat onto my back, landing on my sacrum. The shock was immediate, the kind only gravity and momentum deliver.

I have been here before. A sudden fall. A rearranging of my physical structure, and with it, my perspective.

I hold deep gratitude for my body. For my health, strength, flexibility, and for the joy and pleasure it brings. And always, for the teachings.

I share this because I realized I landed in condensed goodness. The shock and pain brought forward what wanted remembering.

What I had lived and created stood behind me. I felt the support of my indomitable spirit. The capacity to return to wholeness.

To be alive and to want to create. To be a visionary who receives ideas and images from the consciousness of the universe. The universe longs to expand and share, yet it does not have a body to express through, a voice to write with, hands to create, or a heart to sing. I see now how I have always made myself available to receive and translate these visions.

From one project to the next, often with a felt responsibility to bring them into form.

This is how WellWork Rituals came together. Through visions and dreams, lived experiences, and messages moving through my hands. This year, many young participants joined the WellWork sessions. Their presence brought out something bright and alive in me. A loving current that listened closely to their many ways of wanting to connect and learn.

I have said this before. When I work the Well, the Well works me.

Through the Well’s multidimensional nature and its endless capacity for insight and resourcing, a new vision arrived. The Creative Warrior Collective. This program is a co creation and collaboration among gifted and committed creators. We are now a nonprofit organization and will be collaborating with The Magical Moon Farm in Marshfield.

Together, we are weaving our gifts and creations to support young people and their families facing health challenges. We offer a holistic educational program that empowers young hearts to reconnect, remember, and create as a community of earth keepers.

There is much to do! and all kinds of ways you can support us. Please reach out if you are called.

Between January and June, we will offer smaller programs for the Creative Warriors. These offerings prepare the ground for our twelve month program, which begins in September 2026.

During these winter months, my focus turns inward. I am creating a clear and visually beautiful manuscript, The Teachings of the Well, a manuscript toward wholeness.

This manuscript forms the foundation of the Creative Warrior Curriculum. You can find more information about the Creative Warrior Collective and ways to be involved here

I hold deep gratitude for everyone who has felt sparked by this vision and stepped into collaboration. This is the beginning of a long journey of creation. We grow roots slowly and steadily so our branches reach far and wide.

May the Well continue to fill.

Stay tuned for opportunities to join our 2026 WellWork offerings.

May we be still and know.

May we open to receiving the majesty held within ancient rock formations. May we practice riding the rising Kundalini Snake as it moves through consciousness and transforms us.

May we prepare to ride with the Horse in 2026.

Yes. May we create and walk in beauty together, with love,
