Becoming Earth Keepers Together

We have come a long way in our shared journeys.
We all carry the deep medicine of remembering where we came from—listening to the sacred currents we are part of.
Every time you arrive at the threshold between what was and what wants to become, you arrive at the invitation to begin again.
To begin again as Earth keepers.
To be in the right relationship with the Earth, the land, to each other, our lineage, and the flow of life itself.
Please join us in the practice of finding—and asking—the right questions.

Textile and Tactile
To feel the words and stories woven together. Communication as our second skin—eyes and ears open, curious, reaching, connecting. Natural materials, harvested with care and raw precision, spun into fiber and color that endures—infused with quality and love. From the roots, to the heart, and out to the hands. For you and I to feel, to hold. To be held by the old ways. We are called to preserve them. This love for sacred creation. We walk in beauty together this way.
In the last few months, I have been in different places—walking with new friends who offered fresh perspectives.
With much appreciation, I participated in the Leadership Program of XTANT in Palma de Mallorca, where an eclectic group of artists, designers, and idea-makers gathered from across the world to share their songs and weave dreams together.

I’ve been questioning:
What does it mean to be a leader,
what defines a leader?
What does it mean to be a warrior?
A Creative Warrior.
One who is resilient.
Who stands tall.
Who knows where they stand—and who stands behind them.
One who knows what they are willing to fight for.
In WellWork sessions, I have seen you sing your song into creation.
I still hear you.
And I will always listen for you.
And now—here we are again—on the threshold of new beginnings.
In the disorientation of what is to come.
We ask questions to usher us forward.
What is the right question?
How do we cultivate creative leaders to be the next Earth Keepers?
What defines a leader?
I invite you to engage how WellWork: Rituals on the Wheel of Life can assist you in your life, and to follow the unfolding of The Creative Warrior Collective.
WHAT IS THE CREATIVE WARRIOR COLLECTIVE?
Santjes’s vision, which grew out of the Well.
The CWC is a 12-month holistic program for young people (18–26) to become Creative Warriors and Earth Keepers.
Each of us holds a Micro Cosmos of Macro Cosmos—how do we wake that up?
We offer nature-based practices not taught in schools to resource and equip the whole self.
Using the wheel of 4 directions, we focus on Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual bodies.
We weave space to align creativity with Earth Keepers, speaking the forgotten language of Earth-Nature-Water-Light.
12 students. 12 weekends. Sponsors support the journey.
Facilitators attend all sessions.
They “Walk together for 12 months.”
The first year (Sep 2025–Aug 2026) is a try-out.
CWC will become a non-profit run by a director and board, able to run in many places.
We meet weekly to shape the vision.
Last weekend, we gathered as Creative Warriors and the Collective for initiation, celebration, and integration.
In the coming months, we will offer more days like this in other locations.
If you’re interested in joining us, please reach out.

Embodying a Creative Warrior By Cole
It needs to be said, especially now, the importance of community.
Throughout time, communities have been created, destroyed, and divided. This is natural. But now, more and more communities are being intruded upon, silenced, and abused. How time repeats itself, but sometimes in difficult, insulting, and destructive ways.We encourage you to open your arms, raise your fists, and find your voice for those who cannot. Regardless of the similarities that "differentiate" us, we are all creators on this beautiful canvas. I ask you to share your canvas and equipment with your families who share different last names from yours. I urge you to step into the shoes of your neighbor and see how tight or loose they feel. Please, be willing to share and understand in this time. Let your heart be open to those who are struggling.

Nick's Invocation for the Creative Warriors
I am a warrior
I end as I begin
Honest and aware
Courageous and confident
I live with integrity
In commune with the ancestors
Seeking to integrate
Surrendering to the divine
I hold spaciousness and polarity
A student of consciousness
A steward of magic
Through action and non-action
Protector of light
Defender of life
A spirit incarnate
Soft and supple
Fierce and swift
I hone my body
A guardian of purity
Connected to the tapestry of time
Lucid and confident
Unwavering and determined
I practice mindfulness and discernment
I am centered and stable
I cultivate curiosity and exploration
Through source I create
In flow I am insightful
I am humble and disciplined
I dance with possibility
I am open and adaptable
My courage propels me
My morality guides my path
My faith draws me forward
My generosity flows abundantly
I am responsible for myself, my community, my family, my future
I am a container of emotion and passion
I understand sacrifice and the fragility of life
Nature and I are without separation
Loving kindness is my core
I am a committed warrior
I end as I begin

WHAT IS THE MYCELIUM TRUST PROJECT?
Mycelium Trust is a 52-week visual dialogue between five Creative Warriors.
A visual pilgrimage. A circle of response and resonance.
What it looks like:
Week 1 & Week 52 – A collaborative send-off and return.
50 weeks in between – A rotation: every 5 weeks, each warrior sends a 5x5” visual response to a central address.
The visual dialogue is a response to the teaching cue (comes from Santjes) and the previous warrior. Imagine—when it is your turn to create something, you stand in the middle of the wheel. The other four each hold a position on the wheel to support and inspire you in the larger field.
This supportive, knowing field will strengthen over time as we engage in this dialogue of dreaming and weaving together.
This is a project co-inspired by something beyond ourselves. It requires spiritual discipline. We will be each other’s witness in time, commitment, attention, and support.
A structure will be created so that the larger world may join us in this year-long unfolding.
Are you ready to step deeper into your connection with what guides you?
May we create and walk in beauty and love together,
Santjes and the Wellwork team
